Patient Food Service Worker - Per Diem - Remote

Overview

The Food Service Worker performs a variety of functions related to the safe assembly, distribution and service of food for Hospital patients, visitors and staff.

• Attends department meetings and training classes as assigned.

• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and department equipment.

• Works in various positions including tray line and kitchen roles.
• Prepares additional food items for patient trays.
• Assists with training of new employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to push trucks and carts with food and supplies.
