The Patient Care Associate (PCA) plays a vital role in assisting registered nurses and ensuring a safe and compassionate environment for patient care at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Recent experience in clinical patient care preferred.
• Enrollment in a Nursing or Medical Assistant program is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations is preferred.
