Overview

The Nursing Workload Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the nursing acuity and workload program at Massachusetts General Hospital, collaborating with leadership to enhance data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN licensure in good standing.
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience, with 3 years inpatient experience.
• Expertise in electronic health records.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Project or program management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical background required.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Experience in clinical informatics required.
