Overview

The Medical Assistant II role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

• Assist healthcare providers with patient services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of direct Medical Assistant experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in busy environments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
