The Medical Assistant II role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers, ensuring patient comfort and facilitating efficient care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of direct medical assisting experience required.
• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant [National Certification] preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to comply with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
