The Medical Assistant II Community Health role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers, ensuring patient comfort and facilitating efficient care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of direct Medical Assistant experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in busy environments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
