Overview

The Lead Mammographer is responsible for operating mammographic equipment and performing breast imaging examinations, while supervising technologist activities and ensuring quality standards in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred.
• Current ARRT Registry and Massachusetts State license in Radiography and Mammography.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide others.
• Experience in managing workflows and staff.
