In Short

• Deliver skilled nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery.
• Respond to obstetrical emergencies and assist in high-risk procedures.
• Coordinate closely with obstetric, neonatal, anesthetic, and surgical teams.

• Active RN license in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum of 2-years RN experience in Labor & Delivery or 2 years in Surgical or ICU nursing.
• Advanced certifications preferred - NRP, EFM.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Commitment to excellence in maternal and neonatal care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
