The High Reliability Organization Project Manager will support the implementation of Equity-Informed High Reliability Organization principles to enhance quality performance in healthcare at Mass General Brigham.

• Manage logistics of HRO Unit Huddles.
• Update weekly quality performance scorecards.
• Coordinate with technical teams for data analysis.
• Support ongoing unit initiatives and implementation.
• Act as a liaison between clinical leaders and digital teams.
• Present analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Conduct project management tasks including timelines and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Health Policy, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in healthcare quality data.
• 0-3 years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with quantitative data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Practical problem-solving abilities.
