Relocation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

JLL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relocation Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the relocation and expense project process for clients in Texas.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients to understand their relocation needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive relocation project plans.
• Manage relocations for up to 1,000 people and expense projects up to 100K.
• Coordinate all stages of the relocation process.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure a seamless relocation experience.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing facilities.
• Manage logistics including space planning and IT setup.
• Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide regular updates to clients.
• Conduct post-move evaluations to assess project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of relocation best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: PMP certification.
• Experience in managing large-scale relocation projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
