The Fetal Care Program Nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care for families facing fetal anomalies or high-risk pregnancies. This role involves clinical care, patient education, procedural support, and coordination of care across various teams.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with MA RN License.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery and Fetal Medicine nursing.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Membership in professional organizations recommended.
• Certification in a specialty area preferred.
• Weekend rotation availability per MNA contract.
• Analytic thinking and observational skills required.
