Overview

The Digital Patient Experience Intern at Mass General Brigham will support various projects and initiatives within a diverse team, contributing to the transformation of digital patient experiences in healthcare.

In Short

• Internship program lasting ten weeks from June 2nd to August 8th, 2025.
• Support project coordination and program meetings.
• Participate in internal process improvement activities.
• Provide data analysis and database support.
• Create presentations, agendas, and minutes for meetings.

• Engage with business leaders across Digital Patient Experience teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using new software.
• Interest in healthcare technology and project management.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• HIPAA compliance for remote working area.
• Support direct and indirect leadership on project needs.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
