This position provides an exciting opportunity to join the Center for Cellular Profiling Core at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, supporting researchers in conducting translational studies using cutting-edge technologies.

• Operate BD FACSAria Fusion Cell Sorter for cell isolation.
• Maintain Flow Cytometry Analyzers and perform quality control.
• Assist in performing Single-Cell Assays and library preparation.
• Monitor lab reagents and manage core scheduling.
• Report on progress at laboratory seminars.
• Train new students, technicians, and fellows.
• Maintain department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology required.
• 1-2 years of prior laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Competence with databases and scientific software.
• Willingness to learn new laboratory techniques.
• Good communication skills in oral and written forms.
• Ability to solve technical and logistical problems.
