Case Manager, RN - Remote

Overview

The Case Manager for the Termeer Center at Mass General Brigham will support patients on Phase 1 clinical trials, addressing their unique challenges and coordinating care through an interdisciplinary approach.

In Short

• Provide case management for patients on Phase 1 trials.

Requirements

• RN license required; Case Management license preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a complex medical setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with cancer patients and underserved populations.
• Ability to review and record data in electronic medical records.
• Proactive and creative approach to patient advocacy.
• Experience in crisis intervention and care coordination.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
