Accounts Payable / Finance Officer (Remote)

Overview

Aero Adapt is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Finance Officer to manage the Accounts Payable function within a project-driven organization, offering a remote work opportunity.

In Short

• Manage the Accounts inbox and action incoming emails.
• Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Enter invoices into Xero with high accuracy.
• Assist with company credit card reconciliations.
• Use Asana daily to manage finance-related tasks.
• Identify jobs/projects linked to invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Identify opportunities for bookkeeping process improvements.
• Work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years' Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Xero.
• Strong working proficiency in Asana.
• Experience with General ledgers and Cost centres.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a multi-entity business.
• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance support role.
• Not suitable for those without hands-on Australian bookkeeping experience.
