Overview

As an AI Developer at Wiz, you will design, build, and scale AI-driven workflows and intelligent agents to enhance the productivity of our go-to-market teams.

In Short

• Develop and deploy intelligent AI workflows.
• Create and refine prompts for various sales scenarios.
• Partner with teams to map and re-architect manual processes.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in seller workflows.
• Ensure secure deployment of AI agents across multiple platforms.
• Track adoption and measure impact of AI workflows.
• Define standards for prompt architecture and governance.
• Collaborate with teams to train users on AI tools.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in AI development or machine learning.
• Experience in a SaaS or GTM-related environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Gong.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders.
• Experience building workflows and AI assistants.
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions.
• Ability to craft complex prompts for LLMs.
• Experience with enterprise security standards.
