Project Engineer - Remote

Overview

WithersRavenel is recruiting a Project Engineer (PE) to join the expanding and innovative Residential Development Practice Area! In this role you will lead and support teammates as you collaborate to create project deliverables.

In Short

• Manage all internal aspects and tasks projects including review of data, analyzing information and determining compliance with standards and design concepts.
• Lead the creation of preliminary and completed layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings.
• Utilize, teach and delegate the use of applications to generate drawings, reports, or other technically based deliverables.
• Stamp/seal work performed, and work performed by those on your team.
• Initiate and conduct quality control processes, propose QC improvements, and mentor teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or field of expertise or equivalent experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 4+ years of experience in appropriate field of expertise.
• Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented.
• Handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize responsibilities.
• Exhibit leadership in planning and/or design concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to mentor and lead technical staff.
• AutoCAD Civil3D experience.
