We’re looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our remote team, driving digital marketing success for clients across various industries.

In Short

• Plan, launch, and manage high-ROAS paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Write compelling ad copy and short video scripts that drive clicks and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Track & analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and test new ad strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Manager and other teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, PPC, or digital advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and scripts.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
