• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Manage performance marketing budgets focusing on efficiency and scalability.
• Lead campaign planning for Australia, UK, and USA markets.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key KPIs.
• A/B test creatives and audiences to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Brand, CRM, D2C, and Creative teams.
• Stay updated on media trends and industry benchmarks.
• Prepare monthly reports for leadership and stakeholders.
