Wiser Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Accountant to join their global accounting team, focusing on technical accounting and financial consolidation.

In Short

• Work with the US finance team based in Massachusetts.
• Handle the USA general ledger close process.
• Prepare monthly global consolidated financials.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages.
• Engage in technical accounting research and implementation.
• Assist with software implementation and acquisition accounting.
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects with CFO and Corporate Controller.
• Required to have a CPA and 7-10 years of experience.
• Experience in an international SaaS technology corporation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Public accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and taxes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software systems.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
