Commercial Quotes Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional to join our Commercial Quotes team—someone who knows how to read a plumbing schedule, work within Epicor Eclipse, and turn around accurate, competitive quotes to support our branch and sales teams.

In Short

• Interpret plumbing fixture schedules and specifications to prepare accurate material quotes for commercial projects
• Input, manage, and track quotes in Epicor Solar Eclipse
• Work closely (virtually) with outside sales reps, branch staff, and vendors to confirm scope, pricing, and availability
• Recommend substitutions when needed and help ensure quotes are competitive and complete
• Support the handoff from quote to order once a job is awarded
• Maintain visibility and organization across multiple active bids at once

Requirements

• Epicor Solar Eclipse experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing supply schedules and commercial spec packages
• Prior experience in plumbing supply, estimating, or distribution is a strong plus
• High attention to detail and consistency—you double-check before you hit send
• Strong communicator who’s responsive and clear in a remote environment
• Self-starter who can manage time and priorities independently without needing micromanagement
