Winona is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented full-time remote Communications Assistant to join our dynamic social team, assisting in the execution of PR strategies and campaigns.

In Short

• Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies and campaigns.
• Draft and distribute media pitches and PR materials.
• Build and maintain media relationships; handle inquiries.
• Engage with reporters on social media.
• Publish content on brand-owned channels.
• Implement media monitoring tools to track coverage.
• Organize and maintain PR files and documents.
• Create PR reports and analyze results.
• Support multimedia content development.
• Assist in organizing speaking events and webinars.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in PR or Marketing.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with media relations and influencer networks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work from 12 PM to 5 PM EST.
