In Short

• Own and drive quarterly planning and portfolio management for the UTM function.
• Define programs of deliverables with a clear path to execution.
• Drive alignment and resolution with multiple stakeholders across technical and regulatory teams.
• Present program status reports, risks and mitigations to an Executive Leads audience.
• Proactively resolve risks and issues by proposing solutions or mitigations.
• Lead effective and clear communications on change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with Wing’s Product Life Cycle Development standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management in UTM fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of UTM systems and the regulatory environment.
• Technical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute.
