Wing is looking for a Fleet Records Analyst to join our Operations team based remotely in the US. In this role, you’ll support development and maintenance of a fleet records management system, unlocking Wing's operational scale for years to come.

In Short

Support development of tooling and process for fleet availability and reliability
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for fleet health metrics
Deliver reports on fleet performance and escalate findings
Supervise ingestion of fleet asset life cycle data
Audit fleet asset data and correct records
Create and manage aircraft directives
Manage regulatory registrations and compliance
Build reports and dashboards related to records management
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance asset management systems
Provide system support for data discrepancies and reporting

Requirements

5+ years experience in fleet management or aviation operations
Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate
Strong understanding of aircraft records procedures
Proficiency in asset management systems and office suites
Experience with data validation and statistical principles
Technical understanding of autonomous and aviation systems
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
