Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Virginia.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in employment and civil rights matters preferred.
• Proven expertise in deposition preparation and trial preparation.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to conduct legal research.
