Project Manager Engineer - Remote

Overview

Wilo USA LLC is seeking a star Project Manager Engineer who plays a critical role in supporting the Water Management Sales Team by organizing, coordinating, and driving contract execution, special orders, and project initiatives from start to finish.

In Short

• Manage Water Management contracts and special project functions from purchase order acceptance through shipment.
• Establish critical path management methods for prompt fulfillment of requirements.
• Lead cross-functional team and planning meetings.
• Prepare and control project submittal packages in line with company policy.
• Maintain precise project drawings in all formats.
• Support WM Sales Tools software and Aftermarket Research projects.
• Assist in AutoCAD drawings for product accuracy.
• Support Order Management and Customer Service to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Advanced skill with SolidWorks 3D Modeling and 2D AutoCAD.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP Environmental preferred.
• Knowledge of machining, fabrication processes, and pumps.
