Remote Crisis Care Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)

Overview

Willow Health is seeking a Remote Crisis Care Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth evidence-based behavioral health care, focusing on mental health crises and improving access to care.

In Short

• Part-time remote position as a Crisis Care Nurse Practitioner.
• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and differential diagnosis.
• Engage in psychiatric medication management for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Manage a caseload of patients over 8 to 12 weeks.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning.
• Utilize validated clinical tools for diagnosis.

• Maintain documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
• Board Certification required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing or equivalent.
• Active nursing license in New York.
• Experience in clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric medication management.
• Comfortable using technology and clinical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Experience in clinical risk management and safety planning.
