The Wikimedia Foundation is looking for a Senior Movement Communications Specialist to work with product and technology teams on their collaboration with Wikimedia communities.

• Craft agile communications strategies for product and technology activities.

• Contribute to best practices in Movement Communications.
• Support the Movement Communications team with other organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Excellent written English and fluency in at least one other language.
• Organized, efficient, and proactive with deadlines.
• Knowledge of Wikimedia communities' dynamics and cultures.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading discussions with volunteers in various formats.
• Experience implementing agile communications strategies.
• Emotionally mature and able to maintain professional relationships.
• Competence in remote and intercultural team settings.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical individuals.
