Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you will contribute to conducting detailed business analysis, understanding market dynamics, and enhancing our product offerings.

• Lead and manage business analysis activities for complex fintech projects.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end integration of third-party services.

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis.
• Develop and manage complex documentation.
• Provide senior-level guidance during troubleshooting and testing.
• Create and maintain advanced technical documentation.
• Serve as the key point of contact for knowledge transfer and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech.
• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.
• Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience leading third-party integrations.
• Deep understanding of SWIFT payment systems.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools.
