In Short

• Drive the Infrastructure engineering roadmap and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Prioritize key technical initiatives for internal customers.
• Identify and deliver efficiency improvements for Infrastructure.
• Develop processes to improve capacity needs.
• Communicate roadmap and progress to key teams.
• Ensure effective operation of the engineering team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in leading complex technical initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building roadmaps and project plans.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive with stretch goal achievement.
• Startup experience at a high-growth company.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
