We are seeking a highly skilled staff level product designer to join our Product Design team, focusing on enterprise design and optimizing seller experiences.

In Short

• Develop and execute design strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Design tools to enhance seller productivity and automate processes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for seller-centric design.
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for effective communication.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Mentor other designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
• Advocate for best practices in design and usability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level solutions and e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and impact.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Deep understanding of user experience design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
