In Short

• The Payments - Experience team is responsible for creating each order and gathering payments from customers.
• Focus on payment scale, reliability, and fraud mitigation.
• Collaborate with other teams and senior leaders.
• Individual responsibility and freedom in the role.
• 5+ years of software development experience required.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages preferred.
• Excellent product instincts and user-focused thinking.
• Ability to mentor and build inclusive teams.
• Strong ownership instincts and project management skills.
• Experience with payment systems is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of Python, Elixir, JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on frontend tasks when required.
• Proven track record of delivering features.
• Startup experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
