Platform Engineer, Trust & Risk - Remote

Overview

As a Platform Engineer at Whatnot, you will be part of the Trust and Risk, Fraud, and Integrity teams, responsible for building systems to ensure a safe and trustworthy platform for buyers and sellers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of production code experience in Python.
• Experience in Trust and Risk or Fraud domains preferred.
• Data-driven mindset and business intuition.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives.
• Comfort with data warehouses and transformation tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
