Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the APAC & MEA regions, ensuring they maximize the value from our platform.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for managed customer portfolios.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Proactive approach to relationship building.
  • Ability to analyze customer data for optimization.
  • Competence in managing complex projects.
  • Seamless collaboration with various teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Availability to work during APAC business hours.
