Overview

The Construction Quality Control Manager performs site quality control oversight of contractors conducting construction for DoD federal projects, ensuring quality control on the site and documenting all project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of experience in general construction.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Experience with general construction and various trades.
• Construction Quality Management certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly organized.
• Secret Security clearance is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
