Overview

Westman Atelier is seeking a highly organized, detail-orientated Product Marketing Intern to join our New York–based team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, luxury beauty brand.

In Short

• Support day-to-day Product and Trade Marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends.
• Create compelling in-store and digital experiences.
• Assist in product launches and channel-specific activations.
• Maintain the Master Calendar and Product Item Master.
• Help in the creation of launch toolkits.
• Provide operational support including shipments and product send-outs.
• Work within tools to pull competitive brand data.
• Track timelines and gather assets for product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• NYC preferred.
• Experience in beauty or brand marketing is a bonus.
• Prior internship experience in product marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
• Strong passion and knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Remote first position with some in-person expectations.
