Overview

The Principal Analyst will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Book to Bill lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in project inputs and outputs while working remotely.

In Short

Perform oversight of Bid to Bank functionality.
Lead payroll resolution activities.
Support score card and load board creation.
Facilitate invoicing reconciliation.
Engage with partner teams across various functions.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Lead testing for SAP Mods/Enhancements.
Mentor and support junior analysts.
Work full-time on a contract basis.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

B.A, B.S or equivalent business experience.
7+ years of relevant working experience.
Expertise in SAP Bid to Bank workflow.
Experience in support organizations.
Strong desire for accuracy and quality in work.
Adaptability to changing project needs.
Familiarity with PHX, D365, ADP Inquiry.
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Service Now.
