Senior Technical Program Manager / IT LegalTech Lead - Remote

Overview

This role is an Individual Contributor in the IT organization supporting Legal at Western Digital, focusing on technical program management and legal technology leadership.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning Legal, IT, and Information Security domains.
• Define scope, success metrics, and roadmaps while overseeing end-to-end execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence system roadmaps to meet Legal organization needs.
• Serve as in-house expert on legal technologies such as CLM and document automation.
• Provide L2/L3 support including onboarding and user provisioning.
• Continuously identify automation and innovation opportunities in legal operations.
• Track system usage, impact, and satisfaction metrics.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, development, and testing teams.
• Stay current on legal tech trends to inform IT strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years in legal business consulting or legal technology innovation.
• Strong technical program management experience with large-scale legal operations projects.
• Executive stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Deep knowledge of legal systems and industry process expertise.
• IT systems administration and L2/L3 business support experience.
• Information security acumen and organizational change management skills.
• Vendor management and coordination experience.
• Bachelor's required; JD, MBA, or Master's preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISA, or Agile preferred.
