Overview

The IT Asset Management Analyst at Western Digital is responsible for developing and implementing global HAM policies, managing the IT asset lifecycle, and providing data-driven insights to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.

Requirements

• 4+ years in IT Asset Management and 6 to 9 years in IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM/CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Proficient in report creation and automation.
• Experience in managing multi-regional teams.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of asset cost and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
