Overview

The Global Rebate Operations Analyst at Western Digital will lead the planning and execution of rebate settlements for a global customer base, ensuring accurate and timely payments while driving process improvements.

In Short

• Lead planning and execution for Rebate Settlement/Payout for global customers.
• Serve as global process owner for rebate programs across subsidiaries.
• Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to resolve customer concerns.
• Provide guidance and support to off-shore Rebate Analysts.
• Troubleshoot rebate disputes and manage escalations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with month-end and year-end business targets.
• Support ERP and Rebate tool implementations.

Requirements

• Project management skills.
• Ability to manage projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of Distribution Channel Management and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong business partnering across supply chain and sales.
• Systems aptitude, knowledge of Model N, Oracle & SAP desired.
• Fundamental awareness of accounting principles.
