Overview

The Global Security Operations Analyst will protect People, Assets, and Brands by creating a safe environment for employees and customers while driving brand power and enduring customer relationships.

• Support Asset Protection strategies with a customer-centric mindset.

• Facilitate daily GSOC operations including risk intelligence and incident management.

• Utilize data to influence investigative direction and solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of geopolitical events affecting company operations.
• Experience in high-pressure, multitasking environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a Global Security Operations Center or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of physical security and emergency operations.
• Experience with risk intelligence monitoring tools.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows OS.
• Ability to negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Must pass the “CritiCall” computer-based testing module.
• Experience with Access Control/Alarm Monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with video surveillance and incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
