Vice President, Programs - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven VP Programs to lead and scale operations for a rapidly growing $40M small business government contractor. This executive will oversee program delivery, operational excellence, customer relationship expansion, proposal operational strategy, and successful startup of newly awarded contracts.

• Lead day-to-day operations across all contracts and programs.
• Direct, mentor, and develop Program Managers.

• 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience required.

Requirements

• Proven success in a growth-stage government contractor environment.
• Experience managing PM organizations and multi-program portfolios.
• Strong track record in proposal development and operational solutioning.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• P&L or significant margin management experience.
