Vice President of Programs - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Programs (VP of Programs) will serve as a key member of the Paul M. Angell Family Foundation (PMAFF) senior leadership team, responsible for ensuring that the Foundation's growing grantmaking efforts are strategic, equitable, and aligned with the Foundation's mission and priorities.

In Short

• Lead PMAFF's grantmaking strategies and initiatives.
• Work closely with program directors for consistency across programs.

• Develop frameworks for impact measurement and evaluation.
• Advise the CEO and Board on philanthropic trends.

• Manage and supervise program directors and their teams.
• Design frameworks for organizational learning and reflection.
• Represent PMAFF in external engagements and partnerships.
• Support organizational planning and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in philanthropy or a related field.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Proven success in managing people and budgets.
• Experience in designing and evaluating grantmaking strategies.
• Ability to integrate evaluation into planning.
• Experience in leading through organizational growth.
