Wenzel's is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Coffee to lead and elevate our coffee program, focusing on increasing coffee sales while enhancing quality and consistency across all locations.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive coffee strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior coffee-related role.
• Strong understanding of coffee sourcing and brewing techniques.
• Experience developing growth strategies in retail or hospitality.

• Commercial acumen with a track record of increasing revenue.
