Overview

Welocalize is seeking a dynamic and strategic Solution/Product Owner to join our Life Sciences Service Line Leadership Team, guiding our product vision and technical strategy to support industry-leading language services for global life sciences organizations.

In Short

• Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for life sciences clients.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify customer challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and own a technology strategy roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their evolving needs.
• Identify and validate competitive differentiation strategies.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product implementation.
• Define KPIs for success and monitor performance of tech-enabled services.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in product management or solution ownership within Life Sciences.
• Experience in developing strategic product roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of the life sciences technology ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape in life sciences content services.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with localization technologies is a plus.
• Structured thinker with storytelling ability.
