Overview

We are looking for a highly hands-on and delivery-focused HR Tech Solutions Product Owner to drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Workday platform and broader HR technology landscape.

In Short

  • Own the delivery and execution of Workday system changes, configurations, and enhancements across multiple modules.
  • Translate HR and business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of system changes and related small to medium-sized projects.
  • Actively configure Workday directly, including business processes and reporting.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to coordinate integrations and system performance issues.
  • Support Workday release management and drive adoption of relevant functionality.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for HR system issues.
  • Maintain system documentation, data integrity controls, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure robust change management processes are followed for all system updates.
  • Work in a hybrid model, with three days a week in the office.

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple modules.
  • Proven track record delivering system changes in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, data structures, and security models.
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Workday certifications or advanced Workday configuration training preferred.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments is a plus.
