Overview

The Procurement Operations Specialist will be responsible for the administration and coordination of procurement processes within different purchase categories, ensuring compliance with company policies and external legislation.

• Manage contracts to ensure timely conclusion and compliance.
• Provide administrative support for low value purchases.

• Administer purchasing documents in ERP “Workday”.
• Prepare monthly analytics and reporting of Procurement KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday.
• Fluent in English.
• Good analytical and communicative skills.
