The Finance Systems Director will be responsible for driving initiatives that modernize financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and decision-making by developing and implementing scalable solutions aligned with Welltech's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Workday ERP system.
• 8+ years of experience in finance leadership or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading finance digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and best practices.
