Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday ATS.
• 3+ years of design and configuration experience with Workday Talent Acquisition module.
• 3+ years of experience in a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in planning and delivering projects.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferred: Experience with Phenom CRM and Recruiting AI tools.
• Experience with Workday Integrations and Security configurations.
