Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Learning Technology & AI Solutions will lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled learning technology solutions that support enterprise workforce capability needs.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver learning solutions.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and backlog items.
• Develop current-state and future-state process flows and solution designs.
• Design end-to-end generative AI products for learning use cases.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the learning technology roadmap.
• Ensure AI implementations comply with ethical standards and regulations.
• Communicate solution status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Stay current on emerging trends in AI and learning technology.
• Manage or coordinate offshore or contractor resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Learning Technology or Learning & Development systems.
• 3+ years' Product Management or Technical Product Management experience.
• 3+ years' experience communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
• 2+ years' experience with AI concepts and tools.
• 2+ years' experience with learning platforms and content authoring tools.
• 2+ years' experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
